Mission

While working with students, developers Jena Caster and Mindy VanZuiden struggled to get through a Barton Lesson with their highly inquisitive students. Often they would find their student shutting down due to lack of understanding of the tricky vocabulary words in the lessons. In order to save time and focus instruction on remediation, Jena and Mindy developed the Define to Know vocabulary words. Now that students learn the vocabulary prior to a lesson, they swim through the lesson with ease.
